Inside Sales Associate

Job Description:

This is a business to business lead generation/ inside sales position targeting medical research, Biotech and Biopharma organizations. The qualified candidate will be responsible for researching, identifying, and contacting nationwide and local prospects that fit our ideal customer profile. Duties will include new business development including cold calling and qualifying prospects that show interest in taking the next steps with our company as well as general customer service. Additional general office duties could be expected and other tasks may be assigned as required.

Required Qualifications:

Must be enthusiastic self-starter with a pleasant confident telephone manner, ability to prioritize and strong work ethic. Computer experience necessary and experience in using Hub Spot a CRM a plus, otherwise training will be provided.  Many growth opportunities exist within the company. Compensation: 40 hours (base) plus commission.Education:
A science degree and knowledge of the laboratory industry and/or equipment is preferred

Regional Sales Associate

Job Description:
The Regional Sales Associate will be responsible for all Product and Service Sales in assigned New England Biotech, Pharma, and Diagnostic Testing accounts. They will report to the Director of Sales and the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed yearly sales expectations for service and products
  • Develop service relationships with purchasing staff and lab management staff inside key prospective companies
  • Follow up on all assigned leads
  • Heavy telephone sales calls required
  • Track and report all sales activities and production on a weekly basis to TTE management
  • Possibility of eventually leading a sales team
  • Attend weekly sales meetings/calls

Required Qualifications:

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills (writing, speaking, listening, conversation)
  • Intrinsic motivation to succeed in target markets
  • Creativity- Work with customers to meet needs and deliver our services or products
  • BA or BS degree
  • Past work experience with positive references (3 professional and 2 personal)
  • Safe driving record with the required level of auto insurance coverage
  • Ability to attend meetings at TTE Laboratories when required (weekly)
  • Local travel within New England area using a dependable vehicle

Education:
A science degree and knowledge of the laboratory industry and/or equipment is preferred

Part-time Calibration Technician. 2nd Shift

Part-time Calibration Technician at TTE Laboratories as well as On-site version at various customer locations.

Description:
TTE is searching for a problem solver, who has good manual dexterity, a strong mechanical aptitude and an ability to follow set procedures. Calibration Technicians are responsible for the competent performance and timely completion of standard operating procedures related to pipette calibration, repair and/or validation testing. Calibration Techs must keep their work areas clean and should be familiar with and are responsible for following all ISO 8655 procedures for pipette calibration. Calibration Techs are required to meet with management on a yearly basis for a re-training, and be available for a bi-annual MANDATORY staff meeting. This position will require a highly organized individual with the ability to follow specific procedures without deviation. All necessary training will be provided by the Lab Manager. This candidate will also have to complete a customer service training as well as a driving training and screening.

Part-time Cleaning

Part-time Calibration Technician at TTE Laboratories as well as On-site version at various customer locations.

Description:

TTE is searching for a hard worker to join our team. This individual should be a careful, conscientious individual who can work at a good pace and follow designated directions for the tasks they need to perform. Physically this candidate will need to be able to vacuum, clean office areas, remove trash as well as recycled paper products to other areas adjacent to the TIE office. There will also be some lite filling expected. Able to attend (2) yearly all staff meetings. We look forward to hearing from a motivated, mature student who can commit to (2-3) set cleaning shifts. In the past, several cleaners have gone on to move up the ladder at TIE to higher positions. This position is currently available.
